I’m really happy to be part of this community that means so much to me. I originally came here because I wanted to create a personal finance chatbot but didn’t know how to code 😅. Thanks to ManyChats I made it — and DomiBot was born. Today, it’s used by major companies, with 300+ interactions per user and an NPS of 9.6. That experience inspired me to go further and build Dominari AI, where we help companies across industries grow through conversational commerce.

I hope my ManyChat experience, my business background — I hold an MBA and previously led the team that optimized USD $450M in advertising for American Express in London — and my passion for supporting global AI adoption (as a lead member of MIT’s GenAI network) can support many of you here as you grow your businesses and shape successful automation strategies.
