Ciao! Sto riscontrando un problema con ManyChat.

Non riesco ad automatizzare i messaggi perché il sistema non mi mostra il mio account quando provo a collegarlo/selezionarlo. Di conseguenza, non riesco a proseguire con la configurazione delle automazioni.

Ho già provato a fare il login e a ricollegare il profilo, ma il problema persiste.

Potete aiutarmi a capire come risolvere? Grazie!

This issue usually happens due to missing permissions in the connection between Facebook and Manychat, or perhaps because of administrative role restrictions on the page.

 

To fix this, I recommend checking the Business Integrations settings within your personal Facebook profile to ensure Manychat has permission to access all your pages. Additionally, make sure your Instagram account is properly linked to a Facebook Page and that both are set up as professional accounts.
