Within this $15.00 monthly budget, could I interact with up to 500 contacts, being charged per message opened within the 24-hour window? Would this be for the total number of messages on both Instagram and Whatsapp? I'm going to automate a pet shop and the flow of messages is very large, could you clarify this point for me, please? Thank you very much

When a user start a conversation with you, it will become a contact. In $15 billing, you can have 500 contacts. There is no limit for messages.

If you're creating automations for Instagram, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and/or TikTok, you will just pay for your Manychat subscription, and you can trigger and send unlimited messages to these contacts.

Now, if you're willing to use Manychat with WhatsApp, in addition to the subscription, you'll need to pai for the message templates you will send to your contacts. This isn't particular to Manychat, every automation tool will charge you to send WhatsApp Message Templates, cause Meta charges it.

She probably sent you an URL to be invited to her Manychat Account. Open it and accept the invitation.

After that, you just have to click on the account profile and select one of the accounts you have access:

Are you currently subscribed to the plan yourself? I’d love to hear if you have any business cases or success stories you can share. I’ve found the pricing quite high for large groups, so it’s not always easy to convince clients to make the switch.
Any best practices or insights would be greatly appreciated!

No, I'm not subscribed to the Inbox plan, neither my clients. I'm from Brazil and feel the same pain as yourself… it's kinda expensive for some regions. 😅

The CRM I use (form myself and clients) also integrates with Instagram and allows te team to manage tons of conversations. 😉
