My Instagram @bfaconsultoresfinancieros can’t be connected to my ManyChat account (emilbaez26@gmail.com). It keeps showing “already connected / Request sent”, and my dashboard says “You don’t have a channel.”
After investigating, I found the cause: the channel is linked to a different ManyChat account created under bfaredessociales@gmail.com, and that account is tied to a Facebook profile that Meta has disabled/banned, so it is completely inaccessible via login. I can’t get into it to disconnect the channel myself.
I own all the legitimate assets: the Instagram @bfaconsultoresfinancieros (professional account), the Facebook Page “BFA Consultores Financieros”, and the Meta Business Portfolio “BFA Consultores” (I’m admin). I already removed ManyChat from my Meta Business Integrations and re-authorized through Meta, but the channel still won’t appear because it’s locked to the inaccessible/banned account.
Could a moderator or staff please unlink/release this Instagram channel so I can connect it to my own account (emilbaez26@gmail.com)? ManyChat App ID: 532160876956612.
