I'm dealing with an issue involving a WhatsApp Business Account that was previously connected to Manychat.
The WhatsApp number belongs to a real business, and we are now trying to connect it to Make through WhatsApp Cloud API / Coexistence.
The WABA still shows a credit line:

We have already completely disconnected Manychat, including the remaining business integration that was still visible in Meta. The WhatsApp Business App also shows no connected platform anymore.
However, the credit line still appears in the WABA, and this seems to be preventing us from creating a new integration with Make. Make confirmed that the number is “Not eligible” due to a Meta-side restriction.
The main problem is that we currently cannot contact Manychat support to ask them to release/remove the old credit line.
We have also waited more than 60 hours since disconnecting Manychat, but the credit line is still present and the option to delete the phone number from the WABA (trash icon) has not appeared.

Has anyone experienced this before?
Is there any way to have the old Manychat credit line fully released from the WABA without contacting Manychat support, or is creating/migrating the number to a new WABA the only solution?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
