I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because I could really use your help with something.
We've been happily using ManyChat for over a year now for our automations, and everything has been working great — but recently, out of the blue, our triggers stopped firing. People are leaving comments on our posts as usual, but the automated messages aren't being sent anymore.
I've already tried a few things on my end:
- Updated and refreshed all the permissions
- Reviewed the automation settings carefully
- Created a brand new test automation from scratch — but unfortunately the flow still doesn't trigger
I'm a bit stuck and would really appreciate any guidance you can offer. Thanks so much in advance for your time and help — I really value the support!
