We’ve rolled out several updates to help you manage manual conversations more efficiently in Inbox (formerly Livechat).

Whether you’re replying personally to leads, handling customer questions or following up at the right time, these improvements are designed to help you surface the conversations that deserve your attention and stay organized while doing it.

Can you explain what the two Inbox Behavior settings mean? The explanations are a little unclear in the settings.

How can I manage labels? Edit, delete… And how do we filter conversations by label?

Hi Team! We’ve been working with labels for a while now and they work as intended, so thank you for this implementation!

However, we see that labels sometimes glitch when we automatically add a label when a tag is applied to a chat. Is that a known issue? The label adds/removes automatically approximately 90% of the times a tag is added/removed, but not always. And I would also like to suggest another improvement to labels: being able to see how many chats have a certain label. It would be great if the nr. of chats would be displayed next to the label’s name. One last thing that would also help us greatly would be that the API also includes the label status. Right now I can only see the tags.

I believe with a few (minor?) adjustments, working with labels could be a lot more efficient and very useful for a lot of your users! Feel free to contact us if you want to know more about our usecase
