What this means for you: Message Tags will no longer be available in Manychat.
What we're doing about it: Our development team is already building a replacement solution, which we're targeting to release before the end of February.
We know this is frustrating with such short notice. We're doing everything we can to minimize disruption to your workflows.
We'll keep you updated on our progress and will notify you the moment the new solution is ready.

Hello. I manage 10 different pages via manychat, and so far 3 of them have had the utility messages beta be enabled. Is there any way i can get this added to the other 7 ASAP?
I assume this is something Manychat side that can be manually enabled, as support was able to do the same for Marketing Messages, i just havent recievied a response yet.
+3Hi there! Utility Message Templates are currently in Beta and are going to be rolled out gradually worldwide. They replace Message Tags (sunset by Meta early February 2026) and are designed for essential, non-promotional communication. Find more info here:
