Note: This is an Open Beta, so features may evolve as we gather feedback and refine the experience.

How to use it:

1. Connect your TikTok account to Manychat

   Note: currently, only TikTok business accounts are supported. If you’re using a creator or personal account, you’ll need to switch to a business account to access this feature.

2. Create your first automation:

3. Test and set live

   • Preview your automation, run tests, and when you're ready, go ahead and publish it.

Is this available for everyone? Anyone with a TikTok business account can connect it to Manychat to start using TikTok automations EXCEPT those based in the EU, UK and the US. We are working with the TikTok team to support more regions.
