🚀 How to use it:
- Open your Manychat account and click on the Say hi to new followers template form the Home Tab
- Go through the set up steps in the Quick Automations interface
- Set/adjust a delay to make your message feel more natural and human
- Open with a warm, friendly message welcome your new follower
- Then, share something valuable like a coupon code, a freebie or ask a question
- Once you’re done with the setup, you can click on ‘Go Live’ to publish the automation
- After you go live, if you want more customization options, you can go click on the menu in the top right and switch to Flow Builder to make further edits
Some important details
- Follow to DM only for new followers who haven’t interacted with your DMs before.
- One Follow to DM automation per account - set it up once and let it work its magic
