You can now send Utility Message Templates on Messenger to keep customers informed with important updates such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, appointment reminders, or account alerts.
Utility Message Templates are currently in Beta and are going to be rolled out gradually worldwide. They replace Message Tags (sunset by Meta early February 2026) and are designed for essential, non-promotional communication.

Hello, the template mentions that regular buttons can be used, but the option to select them doesn’t appear. Only the option to select a URL button is shown. Will it ever be possible to select a normal button for Utility templates in Messenger?
