Smart Delay More than 24 hours

Dear Community,I have a question about the genious setup of smart delay. I do not know how I can have it longer than 24h.There are the options of xx days to, but each time I try to use it, manychat tells me to make it shorter than 24 hours.Is there a hag to solve this problem.Thanks for your answer.Nici

Scaling as an agency with Manychat

Hello all!I have an AI agency and in february we are bringing 50 of our clients across to Manychat. I thought it would be as simple as them adding me as an admin on the facebook page, then me adding their account to my profile on Manychat. However once I added the accounts, my 1 account with live automations started becoming much slower, some triggers stopped working etc etc. Is there a good way to do this? I want to be able to have access to see all the accounts and automations. I also want to cause as little stress as possible for the client and ideally i dont wnat them to create an account themselves or ask for their FB log-ins, but will resort to the latter if this is the only way forward. I would really appriciate any advise on this. Side note: Is there a good way to track errors etc across so many accounts? Thanks in advance, Farhan

IA responds when the automation has ended

So I have my automation, and in the process the user uses AI, and when the conversation has already ended, the user sometimes inputs another question or so, and I dont know if the AI is triggered or somehting else I already try “default reply” but that solution only makes things worse cause my users have low education(that’s the way my business is), so sometimes they don’t reply pressing the buttons and so on.Also I alredy try to label them and put a contidion block so when the Automation has already started for them, they don’t get any AI messages. So it’s a rough taks

Can't add a channel

I had a ManyChat set up once before, then turned it off.  I can’t seem to reconnect my IG account now.  I’m stuck in the loop of add an account...go through all the steps...’your account is already connected’...but no channels are added, all I see is the ‘add an account’ button again.  I’ve removed permissions on FB and IG, re-added them, cleared cookies.  I’m not sure what else to try.

See only unanswered Messages

Hey, trying to get better followups and also implementing some people in my team.But I have the problem, that I somehow cannot filter to unanswered only Chats.Is there no way to do it or am I just blind?If not - how do you guys manage to see only unanswered Chats?Best regards

'Blacklist' tag not working for Instagram Account DM Bot

Hey Everyone! I’m trying to add a ‘blacklist’ conditional which the automation routes through immediately after the trigger and has the ‘if tag ISNT’ [blacklist] logic applied to it, in order to exclude certain accounts from the automation.  However, this does not work at all.  I know that the issue of the lack of a blacklisting ability has been raised before so I assume people have figured out some sort of workaround - any help here? Thank You,Matt

Can i trigger an automation via API call?

Hi, i would like to trigger an automation via an API call, is that possible? Erro BM ao cadastrar WhatsApp

boa tarde Manychaters.  Estou entrentando um erro bem chato, quando seleciono a BM para configurar o WhatsApp, não me dá a opção de “Avançar”, mesmo a BM estando verificada e toda correta. Em compensação, todas as outras funcionam...rs

BANNED FROM INSTAGRAM COMMENTS

I have about 1.5 million followers online with 658,000 being directly from Instagram.  I installed Manychat about a week ago and Manychat has responded to about 3,500 comments and sent about 3,500 DMs to followers that have commented on my Instagram posts.  I just got banned from commenting on my or any Instagram posts. I’m guessing it may be because of the volume of comments that Manychat responded to or the lack of variety in them as I only had 4 variations set up to respond to comments.  So Manychat is currently not able to reply to the comments on my post but it CAN still send direct messages. Should I stop using Manychat or use it less?  I don’t want to get banned from sending DMs either and currently I’m probably sending about 500  per day.  Can someone please help me and give me best practices here and please give me some guidance on what to do to prevent this from happening again once my commenting has been restored?

Ref Url doens't trigger..
