ISSUE CONECTING WHATSAPP WITH API

 Hello colleagues, I have a situation and I hope you can help me. I want to register my WhatsApp number, which is already registered with the Twilio API, but I can’t find how to do it. I looked into adding channels and saw that I should select an external provider, but I don’t see that option. Does anyone know why this might be happening or could help me with my case? how do you turn off automation for every single comment on Instagram?

hi there. I somehow have it set up that every comment on every post gets an automatic generic message. I would only like messages sent out when I have set up the automation, but I do not know how to turn this off. Can you please help me? Thank you :-)

AUTOMATIZACION EN INSTAGRAM NO FUNCIONA EN CUENTA NUEVA

Hola. Espero estén bien. Me podrían ayudar con este tema por favor:Ya tenía mi cuenta creada en manychat y las automatizaciones han funcionado para varias cuentas de IG. El tema es que ayer agregue una nueva cuenta, hice todas las configuraciones, actualice los permisos, pero las automatizaciones no funcionan correctamente. Ao clicar em ativar minha automação aparece a seguinte mensagem na tela “algo deu errado. Tente novamente”. Mas não importa o quanto eu tente, a mensagem surge novamente.

Saludos chicos, me podria ayudar, soy nueva, llevo dos meses cancelando el servicio, pero estoy realizando la cancelacion de pro, pero el cobro me dice 15$ pero cuando lo intento cancelar me llega un correo con que le pago son 32$ la verdad no comprendo, porque tengo actualmente menos de 500 personas, 462 y no se como el eliminar esto que me aparece, no se si ustedes me podrian ayudar, se los agradeceria  muchisimo, por la informacion,  le envio la imagen, para ver si entienden y me pueden ayudar. pero cuando intento pagar me envian esto al correo electronico.

Fluxos do Intagram pararam de funcionar

Boa tarde a todos.Tenho duas contas do manychat, com automações rodando no instagram e no facebook, no dia de hoje as automações do instagram não estão rodando mais, e as do facebook estão normais? alguem, sabe me informar o que aconteceu e se é so eu com esse problema. (está com o opt-in certinho). (Pagamentos em dia também até porque do Facebook rada normal é so no instragam.Grato desde já pela atenção.

Manychat and ChatGpt integration

Hello!We want to use manychat chatbot with ai (chatgpt). But we couldn’t embedded our website datas into Chatgpt. We want Manychat chatbot to send the customer questions to chatgpt and send the answer back. We’ve managed to do that but when it comes to Chatgpt, It says that it can’t search through our website. We want to embed all of the datas that is in our website to Chatgpt therefore it can asnwer the customer questions about price, shipping, product details etc. We would appreciate any help!

HOLA! Problemas con totalizacion?

Un gusto saludarles, actualmente tengo un flujo para ventas en mi emprendimiento de postres, este flujo esta hecho para que el cliente seleccione de forma rapida y sencilla los productos que desea, el tipo de delivery y recolectamos sus datos de entrega, posteriormente se le envia el resume del pedido con la totalizacion para el pago. este ultimo paso no he podido lograr que funcione, me da error distintos cada vez que lo utilizo, ya llevo varios dias en este plan y honestamente estoy un poco decepcionado de la herramienta! siempre es asi o funciona? alguien sabe como puedo solucionar??

Delay in message delivery

When I test automation on instagram, the messages are taking too long to be delivered. What was supposed to take 2-3 seconds is now taking almost a minute. Is this a problem with the server or the internet?Note: I'm not using smart delay.

Quise hacer una automatización y me dice que tengo superado el numero de contactos de la versión free, que acceda a suscripción pagada, pero reviso los contactos y solo hay 191. La versión free, ¿no son 1000 contactos?

Basic automation error

I am unable to automate a DM as a response to a comment. Manychat appears to only want to allow me to reply to a comment, with a comment, which I don’t want. I want to automate into a DM so I can capture an email address and start a further conversation. I have gone through all the troubleshooting and tried to use chatgpt to also help troubleshoot. The only thing I can see, following the walkthrough on the troubleshooting videos for IG, is that on my personal facebook page there is no manychat connected. It’s connected on meta business suite but on the video when you are asked to switch to personal and edit the manychat connection/permissions, there is no manychat. Is the the solve & if so how do I connect it there?Thanks!

Help Needed: Issue with Generic Message Overriding My ManyChat AD Flow

Hi ManyChat community! 👋I’m trying to collect subscribers to my broadcast list through ads.I’m experiencing an issue where my ManyChat flow is not triggering correctly for users who click on my Facebook Messenger ad. Instead, they receive a generic message that I believe is overriding the intended ManyChat flow.Here’s what I’ve done so far:I’ve set up a Facebook Messenger ad and linked it to my ManyChat flow using a the “Message will be sent to customers when they click on your ads” I’ve checked Facebook’s settings, and there are no active auto-responder rules or automations on my page. ManyChat is connected to my Facebook page, and my Welcome Message and Default Reply in ManyChat are turned off. Facebook ads with

Hi everyone, I just set up 2 adsets in facebooks ads manager. The one for FB messenger automation seems to be working fine when I tested it, but for some reason I am not so sure about the Instagram messenger automation. I tried sending a “preview message” multiple times and it just didn’t work like I wanted it to. Can you tell me by looking at this flow , if someone types in the word “PURPOSE”, they’ll get my website link with my digital course?Here’s the setup in ads manager:

Manychat conversion attribution issue between Facebook app and Messenger app

We have recently gone live with Manychat and our shopify ecommerce store.  We are running adset campaigns through facebook and use triplewhale (and facebook ads manager) for conversion tracking.  The TLDR to this post is this: We have seen a large ROAS drop in our facebook adsets, however overall store ROAS is up.  We believe there is a break in conversion attribution with Messenger. One concern that we have is that when a user clicks on a facebook ads, then engages with the Messenger app to get the discount and Clicks on the link to Shop inside the messenger, that when they do checkout from there our systems are not able to see the passthrough of attribution from that type of shopping.Steps:1: user clicks on an add from facebook app (mobile device) and opens up an in-app browsing session to bitsy bug. (allowing our system to track that the user came through)2: they are on our website and then click on the discount code from Many Chats.  This then opens up the Messenger app.3: Once the

Create a password protected flow – Manychat challenge

I am trying to create a flow on Whatsapp where to allow the user to move forward in the flow, he has to give an ID number or password. I was hoping this could be possible to do by assigning the ID / password to the user (contact) as a custom field, storing the user’s input in a separate field and then using a condition bloc to compare both but it turns out the condition bloc can’t compare fields… Any idea how to make it happen?

Pero tranquilo, porque con las etiquetas en Manychat, podés evitarlo de forma simple y efectiva.Las etiquetas permiten que cada usuario pase por un flujo solo una vez. Ideal para campañas como sorteos o promociones donde necesitás mantener las cosas claras (y sin trampas).¿Querés un ejemplo? Imaginá un sorteo con premios como:2 kilos de helado. Una lata de Coca-Cola. ¡Helado de por vida!Con una etiqueta que registre quién ya participó, te asegurás que nadie toque el botón 50 veces para llevarse el premio grande.Configurar esto es fácil:1️⃣ Al final del flujo, añadí una etiqueta como "Ya participó".2️⃣ Antes del mensaje principal, usá una condición para verificar si la etiqueta está o no.¿Te explico paso a paso como hacerlo en este video 👇
