Hello, I’m currently trying out manychat and i’m on the free plan. I’ve built my messenger bot and when I preview the bot the variables e..g, first name which i opted to be saved in system field. It just comes out as {{first_name}}. Also, I’m building a bot for generating a quote. I’m using custom bot/user fields(number) and it’s basic calculations like “increase value by x” . Now when the bot shows the final number it shows up weird e.g. {{cuf_1093894}}.Please assist with this. Thanks in advance.
I needed search for the numbers 1 to 10 in my column ‘code’ to show only rows that had numbers in that column code so for this i would just enter the numer 1, 2, 3 in the field Lookup Value but i can only use custom field in this field.So i needed to create 10 custom fields named lookup_code_column_1, lookup_code_column_2, etc and define the value 1, 2, 3 for each and only after do all this i could use the custom field lookup_code_column_1 in the field Lookup Value to make manychat understand that i wanted in the Lookup Value a simple number. frustrating. I am talking about google sheets integration offcourse.

I have just created a new automation where I send a message with a button for a form. After saving the automation Manychat says it is online. When I come back to look results two of the three triggers are turned off. Manychat just keeps the Story trigger activated. The trigger for Post or Reel and the trigger for Live are automatically turned off.I´m using a PRO account and a verified Instagram account.How can I keep all the triggers on?

Hi. I am programming an automation on Windows+Chrome, and the constant autosaving is bugging out the interface and interrupting everything, from typing, text selection and even sometimes prompting the deletion of automation steps becuase it interrupts whatever I was doing and then captures certian keystrokes equivalent to deletion commands.It will be extremely beneficial to let us set up the frequency of autosaving during automation editing. For me, anything other than constant real-time saving would be better to stop this annoyance, which is almost making the use of Manychat unbearable.My recommendation is to offer: Real-time (current), every 10s, every minute, or every 10 minutes. Perhaps you have a better idea, though.Best regards

When the system receives the webhook from meta it includes the metadata, like IGSID and CTWACLID that allows the dataset events to be attributed to the user… but how can I have access to this data through manychat? Id apreciate this information, thanks.

I’ve been using manychat off and on for a long time and it has worked wonderfully for automation. However, the last few automations I’ve created do not trigger and I cannot figure out what I’m doing wrong. I had the basic plan and triggering seemed to be no problem. I upgraded to see if that was the issue (paying $25/month), and its still not fixed.

When I try to share my flow the link comes up to a screen that says “Sorry, this flow is unavailable” I am trying to share the flow with a client and have no clue why this is happening. Please assist, I need this badly.
I'm trying to link my instagram to manychat but my instagram was connected to an old facebook account that got hacked and deleted. I can no longer log into that facebook to grant manychat access to my instagram. Is there a work around for this?
