I would really suggest that Manychat make their VAT number official for accounting purposes.
Maybe include it automatically in the invoices (not the individual companies’ VAT’s, but Manychat’s own VAT).
In some countries when you make a purchase you have to register the information on the company you buy from and often it’s required that both VAT and address is applied for correct accounting.
