Instagram Recurring Notifications/ "Get Updates" Opt In

Hi! I have a 5 day Instagram live series coming up and I’d like to send my attendees reminders during the week of. . I came across these genius automations, and I wanted to see if anyone could help me implement these automations for myself.

Has anyone received a message that says that the keyword cannot be downloaded because it’s in the wrong format? I tried to delete the app as others have stated that will fix the issue, but have been unable to resolve it. Has anyone had this experience before, and has a Solution.

Hi! I just click back again. I manage to put together a response for a Reel or Post. Then it said 48 live chat? It seems the best thing to do is put a “Comment DM Automation” or “Automatic Instagram Funnel” How exactly can I do that?

Automation not automatic i have to nudge it along

Hi I’ve just set up my first automation and (forgive me for not knowing ANY terminology - I’m old and don’t really know what I’m doing!) it isn’t replying automatically. The notification that I received a message with the keyword just sits there and i have to log in to manychat and ‘pull’ the trigger to nudge it along. I have activated it and made it ‘live’.

take the advice of new account, but a hit a road block

Hi!Taking the advice of making new account. I was at the website. I did click Instagram because that was my intentions. It did stated click on Facebook. After a few clicks and fill in the necessary blank spaces? It stated “Would you like to Create a new Facebook Page?” I am trying to have a new account and it will be connected to Instagram professionals. Also, at the top left side on the main page. I hit “New Account”. It went through the same clicks and fill in blank space. It ask the same questions. May I have the Facebook page that I currently have it connected to my Instagram professional? It seems that not having many accounts is manageable? Yes, I am just starting. Something comes up, it will be different. Can that be possible? Any response will be appreciated.

manychat does not work when the bot is connected in more than one place

Pessoal, estou precisando de uma grande ajuda, desculpe o inglês não correto, sou do Brasil.Eu uso o manychat para o telegram e o mesmo bot que eu conecto no manychat eu também uso no channel help, sempre fiz assim em outras contas.Porem peguei uma conta de um cliente novo, que eu instalo o bot no manychat, e o manychat funciona perfeitamente, porem ao colocar o mesmo bot no channelhelp, o meu manychat para de funcionar na mesma hora, ja aconteceu com alguem ? tem como resolver? as minhas outras contas no manychat que tem o bot nos 2 lugares ainda funcionam normalmente, estou precisando muito ajustar isso !Se alguem puder me auxiliar agradeço muito.

Instagram isn’t appearing anywhere

Instagram isn’t appearing anywhere on my options even though it says its connected.. All of the help pages are outdated and don’t show anything the same way that I see it when I pull up instagram or facebook. Is there ANY kind of live support.. Pretty shocking that the help is awful with no live chat support…… Should I disconnect and reconnect all my accounts?

Automations running at the same time - free account

Hello.I did some basic automations (user comments on a post and I send a link by direct), but I can only activate 3 at the same time, when I activate others it says that the trigger is not enabled, and then I enter the automation and try to enable the trigger , it keeps asking to subscribe to the paid plan. I thought that in the free account I could have unlimited simultaneous automations...

Hi everybody I have manage to make an automatisation for my facebook, I clic the live button and its blue but when I try it on my facebook (orsomeone else) the automatisation wont start.Is it because I am still in trial version of manychat? thanks a lot, Steffie :)

Hi there, I have setup an automation triggered by a “specific word” comment on any post or reel on my Instagram.So far so good. It works.But when a user replies with that specific word to a comment of mine under the post,(appearing as - @myaccount “WORD”) the automation doesn’t start.Is it possible to solve?
