Friends, is there a setting in Instagram to separate paid subscribers in my message inbox?
What I mean is, a system that can distinguish those who have subscribed to me by paying on Instagram during the first conversation.
It could also be through a different action connection, like Make.com.
Does anyone have information about this?

I just want to know how I can detect paid subscribers on Instagram. In the normal DM inbox, subscribers are visible, but in ManyChat I can’t detect them.

I’m not sure what you mean by “paid subscribers”, but I can imagine two options:
- An user that is verified by Meta who has paid the verification
- An user that pays you a subscription through the Instagram channel
If you’re referring to one of those situations, unfortunately there is no way to detect them on Manychat, but you can share your idea with Manychat and other user here: https://community.manychat.com/ideas
