Hello 
I want to create an automation that works like this:
- Trigger: Someone mentions or tags our business account (@business) in a comment on another person's or business's Instagram post
- Detection: Manychat detects this mention/tag even though it happened outside our own posts
- Action: Automatically send a DM to the person who tagged us
- Message : Thank them for the mention and potentially start a conversation flow
- Reply in the comment section: Thanks for mention and tell that we have DM them
Has anyone successfully set up something similar?
