importing old chats

Hello,

I have an 8 years old business page with tens of thousands of previous inbox chats, is it possible to import them to many chat?

Hi ​@egawab ,
When you connect the Facebook channel, previous Messenger conversations are not imported into Manychat. However, you can still view them in the Meta Business Suite inbox.
