Say hi to new followers doesn't seem to be firing?

Hi there

I noticed last night I had over 50 new followers buy my “Say hi to new followers” automation has not sent to any of them. 

I have refreshed my permissions in Manychat, but would like some help getting to the bottom of this?

I also noticed I did not get any notifications in Instagram about these new followers, so I am wondering whether this is an issue on Meta’s side?

This is a known issue and has been identified as a Meta-side bug and is currently under active investigation.
