I have switched to a paid account, but the automation “say hi to new followers” still does not work despite having refreshed my authorizations with instagram account, disabled/enabled the automation.
it is marked as live but don’t understand why on all new followers it does not work. it had worked for several weeks under free account,
I have checked on many other issues on this forum to ensure I did not miss anything. may you please help me?
