We have the following flow: people receive a DM with a clickable link (open website), then they should receive a second message directing them to the newsletter to subscribe. However, they are not receiving the second message. I always receive it, but the others don’t. Where is the issue?

There, users do receive the second message. Those who click within 10 seconds see everything working correctly, but after 10 seconds, they fall into the 'condition tag isn’t condition_tag' flow. In that flow, the first button with the link doesn’t work—probably because it’s linked to 'next step' instead of 'action'? But when I set up this flow without the ‘condition tag isn’t condition_tag' (see flow 1), it still doesn’t work.
