Hi everyone!  I’m wondering if anyone has successfully connected ManyChat with Meta’s Business Inbox in a way that allows Meta tags (labels)—like the ones you assign in the Meta Inbox —to be automatically created or updated in ManyChat.

This would be super useful for aligning sales and marketing workflows, especially when sales teams prefer to work directly in Meta’s Inbox.

Has anyone figured out a workaround, or maybe used an integration (like Make, Zapier, or API calls) to achieve this?
