I’m struggling with the setup of an automation

I want to have different tags for people that engage with my profile 
For example: 
When I get any new dm → tag ‘new dm’ 
When I get a new comment → tag ‘new comment’ 

It works for comments, but not for all dm’s. I can only select keywords. But I want to make sure ALL dm’s get a tag. Not just a few keywords

Does anyone know a work around for this? For story replies I can select ‘any reply’ but for general dm’s it doensn’t see to work.
