Hi, i’m super new here and thought i set up my first automated manychat on insta.
I’ve tested in with the code using a different instagram account and it worked...but when i try using the trigger word on the post, it doesn’t send anything?
Apologies if this is very simple…
Send print of your automation and trigger. It might be because you need to setup which post you are triggering.
Thank you. Im not sure what i did but it’s working - maybe it needed more time or something to refresh
