I use ManyChat primarily for two purposes: 1) providing answers to frequently asked questions, and 2) receiving client-submitted forms or questions via DM.
When clients explore various menus and automations, too many bot messages (messages I’ve sent) pile up, making it difficult to locate the forms or questions submitted by clients.
So it would be great to have a filter that hides bot messages or allows me to view only the messages directly typed by the client.
