Hello,
When using the Manychat IA step in the flow, I think a great addition would be to let the possibility to add “custom fields” and “bot fields” in the “Goal” and “Context” for the IA.
Thus, we would be able to customise even more the quality of the responses, thus improving lead generation and customer satisfaction.
