It would be great to be able to add a Bot Field or CUF while creating a message in Live Chat. Either as a dropdown or by typing in “{“ to bring up the list.
For example, let’s say you have a specific URL set in a bot field and want to send the person that link. Right now you have to go to settings --> custom fields --> bot fields, find the field and copy the content and then go back to live chat to paste it.
