ability to filter out the negative or opposite condition in live chat

In LIVE CHAT you can filter messages with a condition. ie “Any of the following conditions” - Opted in through widget or opted in through ad. What would be more useful is to be able to have the negative of this condition. ie “HAS NOT opted through add or widget”. In my case and I imagine for most it is impossible to sift through my comments now as 99% of them are just keyword responses with one word. So I loose the actual comments I need to reply to.
