Ability to send post to in group and also conversion in a group by mentioning, and schedule a post to a group.

Ability to send post to in group as we manage “Telegram Group Notification App” it only send a limited string to a group as notification also not make a record for it,  and also conversion in a group by mentioning, and schedule a post to a group.
