I have been using ManyChat only to deliver messages or link to people but gamify things which drives a lot more engagement. Recently I ran a quest with story automation and wanted to give them with full experience. I used audios, videos, but I feel like changing the chat theme with would help a lot more!
It can be easy and customised templates as well. Hope to get this feature soon.
