Dear ManyChat Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to address an issue I encountered yesterday while trying to connect WhatsApp through ManyChat. Although I’ve been able to use ManyChat for other purposes, I was met with an error message stating, “ManyChat is not available in your country,” when attempting to integrate WhatsApp.

I understand that this might be related to US government regulations, but I’ve noticed that Kazakhstan is not subject to such restrictions. I even tried using a US phone number, as suggested in the WhatsApp integration section, and while the payment went through successfully, the same error message appeared.

Kazakhstan is home to a growing number of small and medium-sized businesses that could greatly benefit from ManyChat’s features, and I believe there is tremendous potential for ManyChat to thrive in this market. I would greatly appreciate any insights or guidance on how to resolve this issue and explore the possibility of expanding ManyChat’s WhatsApp integration to Kazakhstan.
