I’d love to see the ability to add an image along with the instant DM with a website link.
I’m a recipe blogger and when one of my followers comments the keyword, I use Manychat to send them a DM with the direct link to the recipe along with my message. I’d love to also be able to send them a photo of the finished dish as part of the instant DM - it would be SO much more impactful and also remind them what recipe link they just received when they see a beautiful photo of the dish. It looks like I can do this in a regular Instagram message, but not as a Comment Reply. Thank you!
