Now the User Input function is able to get many types of data from the user, but the big problem is that we can't get files or voice messages. This is what keeps us from using Manychat in favor of code.

 

 

Yehor, u did it, one workflow that expects the user´s sends a image to continues the workflow on Telegram?

Due to the lack of such a feature, I am forced to switch to another chat bot builder service.

Это ошибка еще с самого начала в ManyChat - пишу им уже об этом 2 года !!!!
Так же у них висит старая ошибка по поводу вставок ссылок в кнопки или в текст - ссылки открываются не правильно через Manychat ,
