I manage multiple Instagram and Facebook accounts for my digital business and currently use ManyChat for DM automations. The problem is: every automation (keywords, flows, messages) has to be created manually through the dashboard. When you have dozens of products across multiple accounts, this takes hours.
I use AI coding tools (like Claude Code) that can generate complete automations from a single voice command but ManyChat's API only supports sending messages and managing subscribers. There's no way to CREATE flows, triggers, or keyword automations via API.
What I'm requesting:
- Flow Creation API - create and edit flows programmatically
- Keyword/Trigger API - set up automation triggers via code
- Custom Fields API - manage fields without the dashboard
- Automation Rules API - create rules programmatically
This would allow:
- Creating a complete keyword → flow → message automation in seconds
- Replicating automations across multiple accounts instantly
- Bulk updating links and messages without manual dashboard work
I believe many users managing multiple accounts or using automation tools would benefit from this. Would love to hear if others need this too!
