Please add the ability for ManyChat to send automatic replies to Instagram comments under posts and Reels that are used in ads (both boosted posts and Ads Manager campaigns).
Right now, this works perfectly for Facebook — but not for Instagram, and we’re losing many potential leads who comment under our ads but don’t receive any response or DM.
If ManyChat could send automatic replies or trigger a DM flow from comments on Instagram ad posts, it would:
