Currently, the ManyChat tool has basic integration flaws with GPT that generate errors during the conversation and loss of sales. Some of my clients have been complaining about the limitations of ManyChat that hinder integration with GPT.

So far, 3 very basic limitations have been hindering the user experience when trying to chat with AI via Whatsapp and Intagram.

1- When the user sends more than one message at a time, manychat is unable to send the entry correctly to GPT, which causes an error in the conversation and causes the user to withdraw from the service.

2- When the user presses ENTER and sends a single message at a time, on different lines, manychat does not send the entry correctly to GPT, which generates an error in the conversation and causes the user to abandon the service.

3- When the user sends an audio, Manychat does not correctly differentiate Text from Audio, it does not send the input correctly to GPT, which generates an error in the conversation and causes the user to abandon the service.

I really like ManyChat, its features and I would be very happy to receive feedback regarding the implementation of these simple features in Manychat. I await a position and, if it is not possible to add improvements to the platform, I will be forced to abandon manychat and hire another platform that works better.

Atualmente a ferramenta ManyChat possui falhas básicas de integração com o GPT que geram erros durante a conversa e perda de vendas. Alguns dos meus clientes vêm reclamando das limitações do ManyChat que prejudicam a integração com o GPT. 

Até o momento 3 limitações muito básicas vem atrapalhando a experiência do usuário quando tentam conversar com a AI via Whatsapp e Intagram.

1- Quando o usuário envia mais de uma mensagem por vez, o manychat não consegue enviar a entrada corretamente para o GPT o que gera erro na conversa e faz o usuário desistir do atendimento.

2- Quando o usuário dá um ENTER e envia uma única mensagem por vez, em linhas diferentes, o manychat não envia a entrada corretamente para o GPT o que gera erro na conversa e faz o usuário desistir do atendimento.

3- Quando o usuário envia um áudio o Manychat não diferencia corretamente Texto de Áudio, não envia a entrada corretamente para o GPT o que gera erro na conversa e faz o usuário desiste do atendimento.

Gosto muito do ManyChat, suas funcionalidades e ficaria muito feliz em receber um posicionamento com relação à implementação destas funcionalidades simples no Manychat. Aguardo um posicionamento e, caso não seja possível acrescentar as melhorias na plataforma, serei obrigado a abandonar o manychat e contratar outra plataforma que funcione melhor.
