When a family member or friend messages my account repeatedly, even after I delete them, we should be able to blacklist that user in ManyChat so they no longer go through our Flow and so ManyChat stops billing us for that user.
No matter how many times I delete my friends and family in ManyChat, they still message me later and ManyChat bills me for them even though they add no business value.
I can´t believe that a simple and basic option to block and delete an user is not available, looks like Manychat wants to avoid this option so we the costumers have to pay for a bloated user database.

Actually u can simply create a Block account list by urself by conditions and automatically delete these accounts

if you delete the contact account no rule will be applied, you have to keep the contact to be able to create a condition to “block” that contact, this is far from the correct way and that contact will count towards your allowance.
