Contacts Sync to Meta Ads Audience

Similar to Klaviyo and other services it would really help to have a dynamic contact sync to a Meta Ads audience.

This would allow the creation of look-a-like audiences to improve ad performance. Managing a Zapier connection which just crashes all the time is not a viable option. Ad tech integrations should be basic features.

    You can do something similar today with Instagram Custom Audiences in manychat: it lets you build Meta Ads audiences in real time using Instagram user IDs from people who interacted with your connected Instagram account.

    There are two options:

    • Static upload: export a one-time CSV of Instagram Scoped User IDs (IGSID) and upload it to Meta Ads Manager.
    • Dynamic automation action: in Flow Builder, use Update Instagram Custom Audience to continuously add or remove people from an audience (great for always-on retargeting).
    • Also you can include is Meta Conversions API (CAPI) for ads optimization (this tracks conversion events, not audiences). You can connect CAPI for Instagram or Facebook Messenger under Settings → Instagram/Messenger → Ads Optimization → Connect. This helps improve ad performance and ROI by sending events directly to Meta’s Ads tools (Ads Manager).
