The reason I'm getting Invalid JSON is because the value of user thread has double quotes inside it. It's impossible for me every time to receive values of user thread without the double quotes, so I'm requesting the development team of Manychat to escape double quotes in a key field when it's being used inside an External Request block to make it json friendly
