Hi,
I think it would be very beneficial to add a possibility to interact with notes through automations or the API.
The use case for this would be to draft responses before sending them to the contacts so a human agent could for example verify the output of an AI step.

This would be very useful, cause I’ve been looking for how to implement a draft message. Is there a platform where it’s doable using API?
