We currently have a system in place where automations are triggered when users comment on our reels or posts.
However, a new user behavior is rapidly gaining traction—users are now using the share button to send reels or posts they’re interested in directly to our DMs to request more details.
We’d like to trigger automations based on the specific reel or post that’s shared in our DM, but this isn’t currently supported.
A potential immediate solution could be allowing us to add the reel/post link as a keyword. This way, when a user shares a specific reel or post (using share button) to our DM, the corresponding automation should be triggered by mapping link of that reel/post in list of keywords!
