The Problem:
Right now, ManyChat has a massive reporting gap for enterprise marketing teams. It is nearly impossible to look at our performance holistically because we lack:
-
Global/Account-Wide Reporting Over Time: We cannot select a custom date range (e.g., "Entire Year 2025" or "Q2 2026") to see the aggregate performance of all active automations during that period.
-
Campaign-Level Organization: There is no way to group multiple flows, keywords, and growth tools under a single campaign umbrella to see how a specific marketing initiative performed.
Because of this, we cannot answer basic leadership questions like: "How many total link clicks, comments, and subscriptions did we generate across all our automations last year?" Or, "What was the overall conversion rate for our Q3 campaign?"
The Proposed Solution:
We need robust, native reporting capabilities that include:
-
Global Date Filter: A calendar dropdown at the account level allowing us to filter analytics (Total Comments, Link Clicks, Subscriptions/Opt-ins, Deliverability, and CTR) by custom dates, quarters, or entire years across all active automations.
-
Campaign-Level Folder/Tagging: The ability to group related flows, keywords, and growth tools together into a named "Campaign" folder, with an aggregate dashboard showing total campaign performance.
-
CSV/Data Export: A simple way to export these aggregated metrics for external reporting in BI tools (like Power BI) or presentation decks.
Why this matters (Business Impact):
Without high-level, time-based, and campaign-level reporting, ManyChat remains a localized "execution" tool rather than a strategic marketing channel. For teams managing high-volume enterprise social media, being able to pull annual and quarterly ROI numbers is a requirement. Implementing these reporting features would instantly bridge our measurement gaps and elevate ManyChat's value to enterprise organizations.
