Feature Request – Instagram Follow → DM Trigger

Hi ManyChat team 👋

I’d like to suggest that the “Instagram Follow → DM (Direct Message)” trigger be released to all users.

This feature is extremely valuable for creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses because it:

• Creates an instant connection with new followers.

• Increases engagement and response rates right from the first touch.

• Allows us to showcase our value in a fast and welcoming way, without depending on manual interactions.

I personally subscribed to ManyChat mainly because of this feature, but later found out it’s only available to a small group of users. Honestly, this was very frustrating, because this automation is one of the most powerful ways to welcome new followers and maximize the results of paid traffic campaigns.

Many professionals invest heavily in ads and traffic to attract followers, and not being able to automatically welcome them is a huge limitation.

I kindly ask that this trigger be prioritized and made available to everyone. I’m sure it will help thousands of businesses build stronger and more human connections from day one.
