I've spent no less than 40 hours trying to get another user to be able to login and use Manychat. So basically this can't scale. I'm a veteran software developer. If I can't figure it out, it litterly broken. Fix fast or lose my business.

That's odd… never had any issue bringing new users or team members to Manychat accounts.
And I just follow the same steps that are in the documentation: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281172274460-User-roles-and-team-management
