Hide New Conversation View

Hello, Please create an option to hide the entry view of new conversations for some type of profile.I have a team that can only view the contact if the lead is theirs. Team members cannot have access to the phone (Whtsapp) of any other team member. As this team works remotely, if there is someone with bad intentions, it can cause discomfort and confusion.Therefore, I sincerely ask that you make it possible for every entry of a new conversation to be visible only to the account manager who directs it via "Assign Conversation" to the person responsible for that service without any other member knowing or seeing that a lead has entered.Is it possible?
