Hello, I try to use automation flow to trigger user who click from Ads. Sometime it work but sometime it don’t and after go through Manychat community, I found out that I’m not an only one with this issue.
But since most business can’t wait for the system to fix up. I wish that at the very least we have a JSON export so we can use it here
At least we all have a back up plan to do something about this because there’re no way my Ads opt will pause ads just to wait until system come back… Business can’t wait and we spend a lot on ads too. So I hope I can tracking them through Automation tool on Manychat
