Today we can setup a DM automation based on a word being included in an instagram comment, but that means the automation starts even when someone didn’t mean it: they may have just mentioned the keyword as part of a regular post/reel comment.
Solution: we should have the option to define the exact comment (full comment) that will trigger the automation.
For example, when we want people to type “monitor” to join the automation:
-someone typing “that’s a cool monitor” wouldn’t enter the automation.
-someone typing “monitor” would enter the automation
