The ManyChat automation naming functionality is confusing. There is no way to name an automation when it is being created - or else I have not figured it out.
What I have to do now is create the automation, remember what it is for, then rename it once it is created.
Why is it not possible to name the automation when it is being created?
If that process does exist I would appreciate some documentation.
