Increasee timeout response

My appplication needs more time to create a response since it needs to look up for some information in the database. SO please increase the time OR create a webhook API where I would be able to send IG_ID of a user and pass there a value instead of sending you a response. 

ALSO please work on your API documentation. Someone suggested to use your API but none of them works (at least in SENDING part). I tried to pass all the possible user ids but it didn’t work anyway
